Booking an appointment

We take full payment on booking. Bookings will not be secure until full payment has been received.

Rescheduling an appointment

If you need to reschedule an appointment, it’s no problem, we know things crop up. We do require 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees. We are happy to re schedule any appointments if required within our cancellation policy

If you wish to reschedule due to a road closure and it is less than 24 hrs notice, we will help provide you with as much information to assist in getting you to the spa but if you wish to reschedule a cancellation fee may be applied.

Amending a booking

We will always do our best to accommodate any changes to your appointment, subject to availability.

Cancellations/ missed appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice otherwise a 50% fee will incur.

Refunds

Any booking can be refunded if it is within our cancellation period. After this period a refund cannot be issued.

Pamper Days and Allergies

Please make us aware of any allergies and dietary requirements relating to food or products. Please ensure you read your email confirmation for both treatment bookings and pamper days to ensure we have all the information required for your booking.

Health and Medical

It is the client’s duty to make us aware of any health and medical conditions. You will be sent a health form prior to your appointment; please ensure you complete this. If you are uncontactable the form can be completed on the day of your appointment but please be aware this may affect your treatment, and adaptations may need to be made to accommodate any health and medical conditions. In the event a treatment cannot go ahead and we haven’t been made aware of any health and medical conditions our cancellation fee will incur.

Treatment timings

The treatment time is in the treatment title. On the actual timings, our cleaning time is included.

Noise levels

Please ensure you keep noise levels to a minimum when visiting the spa. We aim to create a peaceful and quiet experience for all guests. If you are visiting in a group, please be mindful of noise among your group to respect other guests’ relaxation.

Gift vouchers

Gift voucher purchases cannot be refunded. Please do not book online if you wish to redeem a gift voucher against a purchase. We will not process a refund.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed beyond the expiry date (6 months after the purchase date).

Online booking

Phorest operates The Granary Spa booking portal. Please read and refer to the Phorest terms and conditions here and the Phorest privacy policy notice here when using the online booking portal for the Granary Spa, which contains more detailed information about how your personal information is processed.

You consent to Phorest collecting and handling your personal information (including Payment Methods) in accordance with Phorest’s Privacy Policy or otherwise as authorised or required by law, or as consented to by you. Collection of this information is required to deliver the specific services, but use of these services is voluntary.

Charity vouchers

Charity vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

Lounge upstairs

We provide complimentary drinks during your visit to us. If you wish to add any food to the packages food is available for, this needs to be booked in advance.

On-site facilities

We are a dry spa and don’t currently offer water facilities. Please ensure you keep the areas you visit clean and tidy and respect our environment.

Mobile phone usage

  • Mobile phones must be set to silent or turned off within the Spa including treatment rooms, relaxation and reception areas.
  • Please refrain from making phone calls or engaging in loud conversations within the spa premises to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
  • Please be mindful not to disturb other guests. In case of emergencies, guests may use their mobile phones outside the spa building.
  • Enforcement: Spa staff will gently remind guests of this policy if necessary. Repeated violations may result in being asked to leave the premises.
