When do we stop?

Do you feel like you are constantly on the go? Sometimes we can leave it too long before we book that time off work or enjoy a well-deserved holiday. Last week, I enjoyed a special trip to Ireland to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday. After a fabulous time enjoying the glorious scenery (even had some sunshine!) and catching up with family, I felt refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to get back to my routine.

Having a break from your daily routine can make you feel more relaxed and reduce symptoms of stress. It also can improve our sleep quality and our immune health.
