Yoga Taster & Guided Meditation Introductory class

Please join us at the Granary spa for an introductory class to beginner’s yoga. An hour of breathing techniques (Pranayama) and simple chair postures ending with guided meditation to gently help you relax and unwind in the calming atmosphere of the spa.
This is suitable if you have never tried Yoga before and want a very relaxed way of finding out more. All postures will be done seated and will be very gentle. Equally if you have tried yoga before or would like to get back into it, or maybe you would like a quick break from work this will still work well for you.

Following on from this course, a ‘Yoga for beginners’ mini course will be starting in October. It is a 4 week course, 1 hour a week which will focus on Pranayama (breathing techniques) Gentle introductory Asana (postures) and end with a guided meditation designed to help you switch off and relax deeply.
If you have always wanted to try yoga but worried it may be too hard, this is a perfect start. Yoga is for all, no matter what size, shape, or ability and you make it your own because there is nobody like you and no one else’s body is like yours!
