We have to take good care of ourselves, whether it’s our mind or body to live our best life and to look after others around us. Prioritising yourself first allows you to give much more to everyone else. Try to find moments in your everyday life that you can create small mindful moments. This could be as little as a 5 minutes of breath work, reading one chapter of a book a day or a yoga session. Arrive early to your spa appointment, make extra time to enjoy a cup of tea and read a magazine.
