Next week is National growing for wellbeing week.
Gardening and nurturing plants is proven to be very therapeutic and can have a profound impact on our wellbeing. Embracing the joy of nature and gardening can bring a great sense of achievement and satisfaction. We recently got two gorgeous blue Hydrangeas which are in our courtyard garden.
You don’t need a big garden to gain the same benefits. A window sill or balcony will provide the same pleasures.
Gardening helps us connect with the outside world, breathe in fresh air and it can be an excellent physical work out!
