Last week at the spa was a busy one!
For Mental Health Awareness Week, we did something each day to mark the occasion.
On Monday Laura kindly gave us all a wellbeing goodie bag, Tuesday we shared our personal self care tips. Wednesday was the day we did random acts of kindness to one of our team members and on Thursday Shar did a Super Stretch and breathing techniques session. Friday and Saturday the team got to sample and taste test our brand new Pamper Day summer menu and I can confirm it was all delicious!
I would also like to introduce Amy to you all, she is a passionate holistic therapist with a calming, gentle and kind personality and I am certain you will all love her.
